Keyshia Cole
I love all of Keyshia Cole's songs (poems). One song i really love written by Keyshia Cole is a song called Heaven Sent. The song represents how she wants her relationships to be. A piece of the song that i really liked was "Now you can wait your whole life wondering when it's gonna come or where it's been. You may have got your heart broken a few times in the past never last as strong as it used to,It don't feel as good as it used to (before) and all the things you used to say,things you used to do, went right out the door ooh no more, will you be the one that's what you tell everyone around you but you know they've heard it all before what more can you say when love won't let you, walk away and you can't help who you love and you find yourself giving it away when you think you're in love ooh cause." This song relates to my life because I know people who have had alot of heart ache just like Keyshia Cole in this song. I like that all of her songs are very true and real and can relate to real life. My personal definition of poetry is an art. Since i would like to write music or poetry I can also say that poetry is oxygen for me because music is my life and without oxygen I can't live. All in all the poet/ song writer/ singer Keyshia Cole has very good, touching, spirited poems.
